Build by Autocar, one of 3 manufactures, which included Whites, Diamond T. Originally built as an M3 troop carried, during its service life it has been modified to other variants including the m16 quad mounted 50cal. Its final service like it was converted to an M3A1 troop carried. The A1 is the addition of the pulpit to offer the gunner additional protection with a 360 deg traversing gun ring for the Browning 50cal. Machine gun.
